Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Owlpha Sports, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments, socks) may be ineligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • For domestic returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Trail Market by Owlpha is a curated marketplace experience featuring select independent brands and specialty suppliers. Owlpha Life and Owlpha Sports provide the platform that connects customers with these third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Owlpha does not manufacture, warehouse, or directly fulfill products offered through Trail Market.

We curate with care. Fulfillment remains the responsibility of each Supplier.

1. Independent Supplier Responsibility

Each third-party Supplier operates independently and maintains sole responsibility for:
   •    Product manufacturing and quality
   •    Inventory accuracy
   •    Product descriptions and specifications
   •    Pricing
   •    Order fulfillment
   •    Shipping and delivery
   •    Returns and exchanges
   •    Refund processing
   •    Warranty administration
   •    Customer support

Owlpha does not control and is not responsible for Supplier operations.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility is determined exclusively by the individual Supplier.

Customers are required to:
   •    Review the Supplier’s return policy prior to purchase
   •    Contact the Supplier directly for return authorization
   •    Comply with all return conditions and timelines
   •    Ship returned items as instructed by the Supplier

Owlpha Life and Owlpha Sports do not:
   •    Authorize returns
   •    Issue refunds for third-party items
   •    Manage exchanges
   •    Accept returned merchandise on behalf of Suppliers

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping carriers, timelines, fees, customs handling (if applicable), and delivery performance are determined solely by the Supplier.

Any concerns regarding:
   •    Delayed delivery
   •    Damaged goods
   •    Lost packages
   •    Incorrect shipments

must be addressed directly with the Supplier.

Owlpha is not liable for shipping disruptions or fulfillment errors caused by third-party Suppliers.

For questions regarding:
   •    Product materials
   •    Sizing or specifications
   •    Warranty coverage
   •    Care instructions
   •    Replacement parts

Customers must contact the Supplier directly.

While Owlpha curates its marketplace carefully, we do not independently verify every Supplier representation and make no warranties regarding third-party products.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Washington State law:

Owlpha Life, Owlpha Sports, and Trail Market by Owlpha shall not be liable for any claims arising from or related to third-party products, including but not limited to:
   •    Product defects
   •    Personal injury
   •    Property damage
   •    Delayed fulfillment
   •    Refund disputes
   •    Warranty disputes
   •    Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

All liability rests solely with the third-party Supplier.

6. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to a purchase made through Trail Market by Owlpha shall be resolved as follows:

A. Direct Supplier Resolution

Customers must first attempt to resolve disputes directly with the third-party Supplier.

B. Binding Arbitration

If a dispute remains unresolved, and to the extent permitted by law, any claim against Owlpha Life or Owlpha Sports shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered in the State of Washington.
   •    Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.
   •    Class actions, consolidated claims, or representative proceedings are not permitted.
   •    The arbitrator shall apply Washington State law.
   •    Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

C. Waiver of Jury Trial

By purchasing from Trail Market by Owlpha, customers waive the right to a trial by jury for any claim against Owlpha.

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

   •    Suppliers operate independently
   •    Returns and fulfillment are managed exclusively by Suppliers
   •    Owlpha assumes no liability for third-party transactions
