Terms & Conditions

1. Returns • Customers may return any unworn item(s) within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. • All returned items must have the original tags attached and be in new, unused condition. • Returns made within this period are eligible for a full refund, issued to the original form of payment. • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

2. Exchanges • After the initial 30-day return window, items may still be exchanged up to 60 days from the date of purchase. • Exchanges are only valid for unworn items with the original tags attached. • Items may be exchanged for products of equal or greater value. If the replacement item is higher in price, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. • No refunds will be issued for exchanges beyond 30 days.

 

3. General Conditions • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges. • Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or missing original tags will not be accepted. • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange. • Owlpha Sports reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
